Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

As of now, all purchased items are being shipped UPS 2-5 business days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Due to packaging constraints your items may need re-shaping. Gently twist or bend the stems to achieve a natural look.

Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, please email us at info@belladesignsanddecor.com at which time we will evaluate a 15% restocking charge and email you with the authorization number and our shipping address. 
All return requests must be emailed within 7 days of the receipt of shipment. Returned items must be received by Bella Designs within 14 days from the date you receive your email with the Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for the return freight costs. We highly recommend shipping the return using insured, traceable mail such as UPS.Items not returned in their original box and proper packaging will not be accepted by Bella Designs. Be sure that the packaging provides sufficient support and padding to protect item from being damaged and to assure a credit on your returned item. Include the authorization number with the returned item. Upon inspection of the item a refund will be issued for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special Orders

Special orders are designed per email request and are non-refundable, unless
damaged during shipment (see below).

Damaged Merchandise

If item is damaged by UPS delivery, please contact UPS immediately, then proceed to contact us by email at: info@belladesignsanddecor.com  so we can put a claim in with UPS and refund you or replace the damaged item.



Tax Information

Bella Designs is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on items shipped to locations
